The equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation; all units of the line operate in synchronous mode and meet the requirements of GMP standards. The operator only places the cans on the container orientation machine, after which all subsequent operations are performed automatically: can orientation, automatic material feeding, weighing, filling into cans, positioning and sealing of cans, labeling, applying the production date and other processes - everything happens without human intervention. Depending on the needs of the enterprise, the line can be additionally equipped with the following auxiliary equipment: weigh sorter, desiccant stacking machine, can body dust removal device, manual work area, labeling printer, soft lid sealing machine, finished product collection table and other additional equipment to fully meet production needs.
