Convenient changeover: synchronous adjustment of package clamps. Parameters for different products can be stored in the equipment memory and quickly recalled from the database when changing products.
High degree of automation: all movements are performed by mechanical cam mechanisms. Compared to slotted cams, this design is easier to manufacture and has a lower cost. In high-speed operation, productivity can reach 70 bags per minute.
A perfect control system: intelligently determines the presence of a package and the completeness of its disclosure. Under unsuitable conditions, product feeding and heat sealing are not performed, which prevents packaging material and product loss. An empty bag can be returned to the first working position for reloading, eliminating losses due to bag contamination and reducing costs.
The equipment meets sanitary requirements for food production. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet the requirements of the food industry, which guarantees the safety and hygiene of the product in accordance with GMP standards.
An oil-free vacuum pump is used, which prevents contamination of the production environment.
The waterproof design makes equipment easier to clean, reduces maintenance effort and increases machine life.
Ready-made bags are used, including non-standard shaped bags. High quality sealing ensures an attractive appearance of the packaging and increases the value of the product.
