Functions
· The machine is designed for packing ground coffee, tea, herbal and flower tea and other similar bagged drinks into inner and outer bags.
· The machine automatically performs the following operations: dose filling, forming a bag from a roll film, heat sealing and cutting, nitrogen filling to remove air, printing the production date. The entire production process is fully automated and does not require manual intervention at individual stages.
· Control is carried out using PLC and Siemens touch interface. Parameter setting and fault diagnosis are supported. The controls are simple and intuitive.
· Internal and external packets are formed in one cycle. All parts in contact with the product are made of 304 stainless steel, which eliminates contact with personnel and ensures clean and hygienic production.
· Internal package: ultrasonic heat sealing, film feeding is controlled by a servo motor, mark control is carried out using an optical sensor.
· Outer bag: six-position linear structure for feeding finished bags. The bags are captured and opened by suction cups controlled by an oil-free vacuum pump.
