Functions

2.Automatically performs the following operations: package formation, dosing, material loading, heat sealing, cutting, quantity counting, and can also be equipped with a batch number printing function and others upon customer request.
3.Touch screen, PLC based control, stepper motor drive to control the package length, ensuring stable operation, convenient setting and accurate detection. An intelligent thermostat with PID control ensures that the temperature error is maintained within 1°C.
4. Packaging materials: polypropylene/polyethylene, aluminum foil/polyethylene, paper/polyethylene, polyester/metallized aluminum/polyethylene, nylon/reinforced polyethylene and others.
