Functions
The powder materials filling line consists of the following stages: feeding and orientation of containers → internal purging of containers → sterilization of containers → transportation of material → dosed filling with online weight control → sealing → applying production date → labeling → transportation of finished products. The customer can select the necessary technological operations depending on the requirements for the packaging of their material. This line is mainly designed for filling various powders and granular powder materials, such as milk powder, protein powder, chicken broth powder, wild yam powder, notagne powder, cereal mixtures, solid drinks, veterinary drugs, food additives and others.

The line equipment is designed in accordance with GMP standards and fully meets the sanitary requirements for food products and medicines. Fully automated operation of the production line is ensured, which guarantees the absence of personnel contact with the product throughout the production process, and the process itself becomes completely transparent and more reliable.
The internal surfaces of all containers in contact with the product are polished. Structural elements that require frequent disassembly are connected using quick-release connections, which provides more hygienic and convenient cleaning when changing shifts or switching to another type of product.
It is possible to travel to the customer’s production site to inspect and design the optimal technological solution on site. Free technical support is provided for other aspects of the line.
