Functions
• Film feeding and heating: a roll of thermoforming film is installed on the film feeding system of the equipment. • Product Placement and Thermoforming: The product is placed on a conveyor belt and enters the packaging area. Under the influence of the molding matrix, the film stretches and takes on a shape that matches the shape of the product, fitting it tightly.
• Vacuum and Sealing: A vacuum pump removes air from the packaging, creating a vacuum environment that effectively prevents oxidation and deterioration of the product, extending its shelf life. Then the heat sealing system heats the edges of the film to the melting temperature and, under pressure, ensures their tight connection.
• Cutting and output of finished products: After packaging is completed, the cutting system separates the continuous packaging film into individual packaging units for easy storage and transportation.
