The dosing method can be selected according to customer requirements: volumetric doser (measuring cup), auger doser, multi-head combination weigher or electronic automatic weighing system.
Equipped with an intelligent thermostat that provides precise temperature control and high-quality and even sealing of the packaging.
Uses PLC control and servo drive system with single or double film advance. The sealing and cutting position is automatically adjusted by an electric drive.
A large touch screen is the central element of the control system, increasing the accuracy, reliability and level of automation of the equipment.
In combination with a dosing system, the machine automatically performs the entire packaging cycle: dosing, product feeding, filling, bag forming, gas filling (or air removal), sealing, cutting, printing production date and batch number, as well as automatic counting of finished products.
At the customer's request, it is possible to produce pillow-type bags, bags with a Euro-hole for hanging and other types of packaging.
Equipped with an automatic fault diagnosis system to quickly detect and resolve problems.
