• Equipped with PLC control system and servo drive with double or single film feeding design. The sealing and cutting position is automatically adjusted by the servomotor. The large touch screen provides high precision control, reliability and intellectualization of the equipment.
• In combination with dosing equipment, the machine automatically performs product dosing, feeding, filling, bag formation, gas filling (or air removal), date printing and the entire packaging cycle, as well as automatic product counting.
• Equipped with a fault display system for quick troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
• According to customer requirements, it can produce pillow-type bags, bags with a Euro-slot for hanging and bags with side folds (gusset bag).
• Additional options: volumetric glass doser, screw doser, automatic electronic scales, multi-head combination doser.
